Shipping & Returns
All the products in our inventory are shipped from the warehouse in Lahore. It can take up to 3-4 working days via TCS & TRAX. to deliver the regular products and up to 15 days for a custom order. Once your item has left the warehouse, our customers will be sent a confirmation email and they’ll keep getting notified of the current status of the order. If unforeseen delays are expected, our customers will be notified.
You can have free shipping and delivery on the order above PKR 7000/-. Your final amount will include shipping charges as well. Our delivery guy will only make two attempts to deliver the item. Credit card payment can take up to 3 days to process, it depends on the accuracy of the information.
In case you change your mind, we will accept the return of the item within 15 days after delivery providing the following:
- Should be in the same condition as received.
- The item should not be washed, used, or altered in any way.
- The original price tag and packaging are attached.
